Product Manager
Decide what we build next — and what we deliberately don’t — so divorce professionals and the families they serve get to a better outcome, faster.
Locations: Seattle · San Francisco · Los Angeles · New York · Remote (US) · Compensation: $180k – $240k base + equity · Legal-tech experience not required.
What you’ll do
- Own a product area end-to-end: discovery, scoping, prioritization, launch, iteration.
- Talk to users every week — pros and clients. Bring the truth back to the team.
- Write clear briefs that engineering, design, and ML can ship from without a meeting.
- Define success metrics for every launch and revisit them honestly.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years shipping product at a fast-moving SaaS or marketplace.
- Strong written communication — you can explain a roadmap on one page.
- Empathy for users in high-stress life moments — divorce is one of the hardest.
- Comfort saying no to good ideas in service of great ones.
Nice to have
- Background in a vertical SaaS, healthcare, fintech, or other regulated domain.
- Have launched a payments, billing, or document-collaboration product.
- Design intuition strong enough to mock a flow in Figma when needed.
