Make sure every divorce professional and every family on VennBoard feels heard, supported, and successful — onboarding through escalation.

Locations: Seattle · San Francisco · Los Angeles · New York · Remote (US)  ·  Compensation: $95k – $135k base + equity  ·  Legal-tech experience not required.

What you’ll do

  • Own onboarding for new firms and pros — migrate data, configure workflows, train the team.
  • Respond to inbound support questions, prioritize them, and feed structured product feedback back to engineering and product.
  • Run regular check-ins with key accounts; turn complaints into roadmap input and renewals.
  • Author and maintain self-serve help docs and short video walkthroughs.

What you’ll bring

  • 2+ years in customer success, account management, or implementation at a SaaS company.
  • Excellent written communication — your emails are short, warm, and clear.
  • Calm under pressure — you can defuse a frustrated user without escalating it.
  • Comfort with structured data — basic SQL, spreadsheets, and CRM workflows.

Nice to have

  • Have worked with professional-services firms (legal, accounting, financial planning, mediation).
  • Multilingual — Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi, Arabic, or another widely-spoken US language.
  • Background in mental health, mediation, or counseling — divorce is emotional work.
